Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your data associated with Lupra, please send an email to privacy@getlupra.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."

We will remove your personal identifiers within 30 days and confirm completion by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your account information (name, email, password)
  • All tracking data (visitor sessions, touchpoints)
  • CRM integration data (contacts, deals)
  • Connected ad platform credentials (OAuth tokens revoked)
  • All personally identifiable information

What may be retained

Aggregated and anonymized analytics data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for product analytics and service improvements.

Alternative: Delete via account settings

If you have an active Lupra account, you can also delete your account directly:

  1. Log into your Lupra account
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm deletion
