Lupra helps small businesses understand how their marketing performs. We collect only the information needed to provide analytics and ROI summaries. We do not sell your data, and we do not perform third-party enrichment. If you want your data removed, contact us and we'll delete your personal information promptly.
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide analytics and reporting. Categories include:
- Account information: name, email, and any information you provide when you sign up.
- Marketing and ad data: metrics and metadata from connected ad platforms (for example, spend, clicks, impressions, and basic post identifiers).
- Visit & interaction data: page visits and interactions on websites where you or your customers have our tracking active. This may include anonymized location derived from IP addresses. We do not keep full IP addresses tied to personal identifiers; IP data is anonymized and used only to infer broad location.
- Optional CRM data: if you connect a CRM or payment provider, we may access lead or deal information (name, email, deal amount) to attribute outcomes. We only access those fields you authorize.
We do not collect call recordings, private messages, or any content of communications.
3. What we mean by "third-party enrichment"
Third-party enrichment means buying or attaching extra information about people (for example, purchasing demographic or consumer data from other providers). Lupra does not perform third-party enrichment. We only use data you authorize and data provided by the platforms you connect.
4. How we use your data
We use data to:
- Provide and improve analytics, reports, and ROI-style summaries (for example, showing how much revenue a marketing action produced).
- Attribute leads and deals to marketing touchpoints when you connect a CRM or payment provider.
- Maintain account security and prevent abuse.
We do not use your data for ad targeting, resale, or other commercial purposes outside the service you signed up for.
5. Integrations and third parties
Lupra may connect to advertising and business platforms to gather the marketing metrics you authorize. Examples include Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and CRM tools. We only access the specific data you approve during connection. If you disconnect a service, Lupra will stop pulling new data from it.
We also use trusted third-party services to operate the platform (payment processors, email delivery services, hosting). We require all vendors to keep data secure and to use it only for the services they provide us.
6. Data storage and international transfers
Our services are operated from Canada, and data is primarily stored on secure servers located in the United States (us-east-1 region). Some processing may occur in other regions where our trusted service providers operate. We take reasonable steps, including contractual safeguards, to ensure that personal information remains protected when transferred outside Canada.
7. Data retention & deletion
- Account data & personal identifiers: retained while your account is active. If you request deletion or close your account, we will remove your personal identifiers from our systems within 30 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
- Aggregated & anonymized metrics: we may retain aggregated or anonymized performance metrics for product analytics and service improvements; these cannot be used to identify individuals.
How to request data deletion
If you would like to delete your account or personal data from Lupra, please email privacy@getlupra.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
We will confirm the request and remove your personal identifiers from our systems within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Aggregated and anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained for product analytics.

8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@getlupra.com. We will respond as required by law.
9. Security
We protect data using appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Data is transmitted over secure connections (HTTPS). Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel.
10. Children
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
11. International data transfers
Your data may be processed in the country where our services operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data in accordance with applicable law.
